We will have to wait until mid Jan17 for Merchant Funds to release a NoM that will detail its proposal until then everyone is just trading in the dark.What if they are unsuccessful in securing enough votes they certainly won't be hanging around holding a majority stake in a company which they don't believe in the current business model,that to wouldn't be good for excising holders as a major sell down will occur.
