Yes, I see the welcome from MOS as critical. 6.6% held hostilely doesn't unlock synergies.
Some say cash is king, others acreage, others skills or operatorship, in some cases market. Really what is generally the most important is the weakest of them.
In this case we see MOS with the opportunities and acreage, and some skills. COE has what are probably complementary skills, plus cash AND a welcome mat. I am all for trusting Scott& co on this one [they get winged enough at for exercising patience/discipline].
Fortunately I can say I have taken advice and never need listen to a certain posters agony and angst anymore [Goodbye Kellymm, have (get) a good life, silence is bliss, curse me all you can, curse and libel Scott all you wish, but I can no more notice].
Anyway Ron, imo you plunge was well timed, and well priced. No guarantees of a fortune with this stock, but pretty save to say you"ll be able to extract 40+ cps intact, after any number of dusters.
