I have to agree you'd have to be a little bit cook coo to touch it, has any body noticed they didn't meet their debt covenant of having a interest coverage greater than 2.5 (page 48 of financial report). I mean their interest coverage was 2.02 technically the bank could call them on the $40 million they have with them... and where are they going to get $40 million from they went way over the top with Enlitic, their capital is all tied up in goodwill. I'm surprised they were able to report as a going concern. If I was to value them on their fundamentals as they stand to me they are next to worthless...
