    Just a holder needing cash for Christmas selling a small parcel... If it was a big sell down different story... Sometimes over my years of trading ive seen a Substantial Holder then become Ceasing to Be A Substantial Holder only to spook the market to clean up more shares and once again become a Substantial Holder... Mainly occurs amongst tightly held stocks...!
