Trecherous Mal has no agenda and so has to dream up some useless cause to demonstrate he's done something. This is his distraction from his ..... nothing.
Oh yes I forgot he did one good thing. He stopped slightly worse Krudd from being UN secretary general - other than that he's been utterly hopeless.
Keating was right when he said Mal has no political judgement / savvy.
