Voluntary suspension, for at least 4 months, then if (IF) directors are guilty of any wrong

doing, administration.

There is more to Bellamys than just directors.

Any 'class action' or criminal conviction, should be aimed at only any person

that may be guilty of such, (criminal activity), and not bring the whole company down.

Leave the company alone, and if needed, go for the throat of whichever people

are at fault.
