if this is such a great company why are you willing to sell it out cheap ?
nobody wants this SP low anymore including SI's even if they only get half their fill.

first tranche is a given with 3.5M in the kitty plenty to push through to next raise presumably higher coz that's what retail wants....yes ?
this isn't a time to bend over and take it, this isn't emotional, this is about investment. (give away less shares on the cheap....make less dilution....bigger honey pot )
