Most IPOs have been too expensive the past 12 months so the margin of safety for new investor is very small. In the case of MRG it's been hit from the BAL disaster to some extent, plus it's PE and debt load is too high for an ag play in my view. PE should be lower to compensate for the debt and the unknowns/risks inherent in agriculture
