Think ds might be trying to get some in the raising, hard to pump this with the current goldprice. Especially with the current goldprice below the price it was when Morningstar went broke. Not expecting a big raising, just enough to kick the can down the road.
My guess is a raising at 0.6-0.7 with options 1:2. They'll probably sweeten it with a spp for current holders.
