    You're correct!

    The value hasn't dropped from $75million to $1million.

    It has acually dropped from $115 million to $1million.

    $75million was for only 65% of the company (150 million shares)

    A further 80 million shares were to be distributed to JPR shareholders.

    Hence JPB which was being sold for $115 million in the IPO has now been sold for $1million.

    What a drop in value in just 6 months!
