Hmmm, but a 50 mil loan secured against what. Same problem for a capital raising. Outside of "well connected Thai Banks" I don't think there will be too much interest in funding this project.
KCN could sell the Chile project, if its actually worth anything ... and the Thai Gov could offer a direct loan, to be paid of with increased royalties, in partnership with an extended lease. Or perhaps KCN has enough cash left over to restart the mine?
But without the Thai Gov having some skin in the game, hard to see much happening. We have to assume KCN paid of the Thai Bank Loan for a reason ... but they don't seem so keen to restart things either ...
