    I,m hoping that there is an announcement by KCN after the meeting with the deputy PM.It will be very interesting to see what is discussed.It seems this could go either way.I agree with your statement about the Thai Govt having some skin in the game if the mine was to reopen- without that the risk seems to be too great.
