Nanood, the need for a narrative is critical, without it policy has no chance.
I posted my view on such in a different thread just before Michael's post.
If Turnbull can develop and run with this emerging narrative and frame policy decisions around the same then he has a snowballs for the next election. If this narrative gains traction watch for a change in Labor leadership.
