    MVT are an investment company

    last year they earned around $6M in dividends & interest income from around $60M in shares & loans assets

    they would probably use the EZA cash to buy dividend stocks yielding at least 5%

    also, based on their portfolio, they also buy high risk stocks therefore they cannot borrow money cheaply for such risks
