Given we know the doubts and fakes in China, and at chinese packaged IF at higher prices than daigous shipping from usa/aus/eu direct to consumer (even for the same manufacturer)

The only thing I can think of Chinese enforcing it (No point making laws if you can't enforce it)
Some enforcements that I can think of
    1. Mothers and baby stores responsible if they sell fakes (ie: owners also get jail.. that would get them to go straight and narrow)
    2. Regular audits on Mothers and baby stores to show that its legit purchase from overseas channels (ie: official distribution)
    3. Fines and enforcements for platforms advertising non-english IF (eg: get alibaba to enforce or else.. just like ebay takes down fakes or when official manufacturers complain about grey sellers)
    4. Customs to check large imports of IF
    5. Proper declaration of goods (or else confiscate)
    6. Customs to check imports of IF under 6 x tins from same sender (unsure if this is viable)

If do all above - then foreign registered companies can export to CHina, but only distribute to authorised sellers, thus making it safe for Chinese parents.

Of course.. there's probably a loophole somewhere.. (eg: wechat selling - which i'm sure Chinese government can crack down on.. and charge sellers for money laundering in the mean time for taking money out of the country)

We've all heard about regulations.. but unsure about enforcement.. i guess they will keep that a secret!
