Who is NRC? A top 20 holder?
Don't look for nrc amongst the top 20 - he is US based and apparently has bought via OTC. ORE is not listed in the US and his OTC interests will not appear on the register for either the ASX or TSX listed stock. Instead he has bought via a "market maker", possibly without a counterparty. The market maker may or may not have stock cover - they may have hedged their risk via other means. His OTC perspective may explain some of his frustration at why ORE's "market maker" (ASX?) allows this volatility
