I must confess I haven't spent a lot of time on Biblical prophesy, because trying to interpret Daniel and Revelations seems problematic at the least and many who have tried have got it wrong.
Matthew 24:34 and Luke 21:32 are quite misleading.
However, two items that I am watching with interest, because they seem rather definitive, are the move to rebuild the Jewish temple on Temple Mount, and the "666" stuff and the relentless move to digital transactions.
I do agree (as does Pope Francis) that "things certainly appear to be hotting up" (even apart from global warming ).
