Misty, you are a too literal/ restricted in your interpretation of " business". Businesses activities are based around their mission statement or vision statement. The good thing about business run govt is that they balance the books.
You can still have debt, you can still have spending, but it is under control and done for the right reasons, something a socialist govt has no ability to do.
