I'm a holder and have been for 18 months and still like the story....just think you will need to be very patient as there is nervousness building up over the continued strength of the WA housing market, despite the fact that AXI are still achieving mind-boggling prices for their Port Geographe lots. The JV's with Pivot are exciting, not least because they diversify the group's interests outside WA....and last but not least, the Laurence family are a money machine....they'll make it work as they have their nu*ts on the line here too
