This stock is a core holding in my property portfolio. The 45.9% stake they have in the property at 300 Park Avenue is in the books at WAY under current market value. This one property alone when revalued will probably add 20-25c per share to NAV. ... I hold from $2.34, current price at $2.69. The dividend is good at 17cps and they have quality management. Biggest exposure is to markets in NY, Washington and San Francisco. A great long term hold !
