Don't disagree with you there. Even the 4c offer would suit my personal circumstances but can understand why it wouldnt be accepted.
As well as cash they still have property and the boat to sell to add to the kitty. 6c seems reasonable but might see it in the 5's to just get it done.
Either way I see this cash offer being a 'kick up the ass' so to speak.
