Good thinking but you have got your figures wrong .Vaz holds no shares whatsoever either in his own name or in any company name . the major shareholder is asking questions , getting nowhere and i am sure would support any move

A number of Questions need to be answered and i know the ASX and ASIC are reviewing . Why did the company pay millions for a ringtone download business when we can all go to google select 1 of 35000 on offer and they are FREE. But who did they buy from ? what is their background and corporate standing ? how long was business established ? and did they actually buy 100% of the business and do they have complete control ?

BRO sub-rents space from Vaz It would be interesting to know the rental BRO pays compared to total charge and i believe Vaz has other business interests in the same building so how is phone bill etc split up?

ASX and ASIC are waiting in the wings patiently for an announcement and then i am told we will see embarressing legal action against a staff member who has shot his mouth off re inside imformation

Where will the cash come from to keep this company afloat . i have serious doubts but sure try to call meeting it might bring them to their senses
