Well the previous one was "removed" from the previous meeting because of how many emails and phone call the office got being angry about it so they removed it a day before the now they have brought it back as "revised" but almost identical to the previous one. Also the exercise prices are they kidding us or what??

Also they should be for specific milestones with hard dates such as first shipment 1st quarter 2018. Or commissioned plant December 2017 not whenever ts ready give them a pat on the back.

38,300,000 Options with an expiry date of 16 May 2018 at an
exercise price of $0.40;
(ii) 31,500,000 Options with an expiry date of 16 May 2019 at an
exercise price of $0.40; and
(iii) 13,000,000 Options with an expiry date of 8 September 2019 at an
exercise price of $0.626.
