A lot of the LWP replies to ASX compliance breaches are full of hot air and factually incorrect statements but the ASX doesn't have the competence to follow up on these letters and make them re-send the reply letter with sentences that make sense and that aren't full of BS. FRB doesn't even have a working website yet, let alone a public prospectus so is still a long way off listing. This transaction could have easily been put to a vote and given the large number of insiders, the vote would have been passed so why choose to refund the money instead of just voting on it?
