I may be wrong but I doubt that europe has much influence on the australian property market............europe is a basket case...........the biggest markets that influence ours is the US, Uk, and Asia................then there are the emerging markets of china and india..........Sydney has just been voted the most popular city in the world, ahead of new york etc
we have enough population growth within our own country to sustain the realestate markets for the next couple of decades, coupled with a shortage of land releases.........
