1. They are either suggesting to TO bidders that they expect 47c plus or
2 they will wait until 2022 when they know she'll be worth a ton. Or
3. just diverting our focus to latent employee related dilution to help accept lower bid. After that video last week RC has got me scratching my head but I genuinely believe it was just a dear note so SHs could prepare themselves for liquidation at a top rate, one the board would recommend, possibly and likely this side of christmas as though the pieces were in place
