The significance of this is that they were bought at .1 cents and are coming out of escrow on the 29th, afterwhich they can be sold on market. I assume that is why the price has fallen back to .2c and there are so many orders ( more than 204 million now on the buy side) waiting to buy at .2 cents hoping the .1c holders will take a profit at that price.
There would need to be some really good news for the SP to go anywhere till all those extra shares are sorted out.
