ADS has entered into an agreement with the drilling contractor SaudiCanadian Mining Co, to pay 50% of invoice amount in shares [at prices current at time of invoice ] thus cutting their largest expenditure in half.
The agreement ends in Jan '08, or until 10,000 metres is drilled.
