If that is the case would it not be far easier and faster for the mysterious chinese power mongers to simply push for avq to get it and then simply buy the company out...?
Avq is a minnow.. it would seem based on your theory the easiest way forward with avq having landowners onside would be for the chinese to pressure formavq to get it and then spend a couple of hundred million on simply buying avq mate?
