Simply because they appear to be closed doors to the market as to their real intentions. Something that has eluded shareholders and future investors alike.
Now that you mention it, maybe their timing of Directors Option Incentive could also be in part of the "Dressing Up" process. Lets face it, if that is their intentions to try to sell it to a much larger company then they would want to get their slice. What better way for Directors to profit with a very biased incentive scheme for them.
I also found this part of your post interesting. ----------------------------------------------------- Be sure about one thing, the company has received any amount of feedback, and the majority of it isnt good. In fact a recent email I sent was perused by 'someone of some note in the industry' and they thought it highlighted not only company inadequacy/shortcomings...but it should also be somewhat embarrassing to the company and the management. -----------------------------------------------------
I hope that person within the industry really points the finger at management and does embarrass them.
Look forward to your feedback with Willis & Co.
