The DEAL

Managements ability to close this "deal" has frustrated shareholders. The Chinese have dragged their collective heals all the way rarely meeting deadlines.
To add a further insult to MSR stakeholders the Chinese now refuse to make a single one off payment as MSR management earlier reported WOULD happen.
When we're both parties made aware that the 14 million dollar payment wouldn't be forthcoming as reported ?

Ask yourselves, who does this further delay benefit ... MSR shareholders or the Chinese ?

Until the money's on the table we have nothing

Management of this deal and never ending time delays are vexing.
And what's with the secrete details of the new tenement and RSG involvement.... why are shareholders/company owners STILL in the dark ?
