The ASX need to deny their request for an extension. They can easily inform the market of the details of those negotiations and how one outcome or the other may affect financial results and then let share holders decide what to do. The fact that they want an extension till 13 January suggests they could have asked for this extension prior to 9:20AM today but have waited to the last minute. Unacceptable.
