i have no clue. its simply a statement of what imo will occur at the occasion. for the terms to have expanded, implies that further discussions have been held.
Indo - poc trials successful. so its over to them finalizing terms.
All one can say, is that a few boxes were ticked, that if either PASCOM or Toomai dollars flow, there will be a change in sentiment.
