If CMQ wins I reckon they would be only too happy to redeem the bonds. The bondholders have shown themselves to be totally untrustworthy partners.
A firm belief that the product is unsalable is the usual assumption behind pessimistic posts. I don't think anything on the prospective marketing front has changed since Stark decided to tip in its money, in fact it has probably become better. Plenty of commentors were absolutely stunned when that happened, but then they didn't have access to the confidential information.
A re-financier would again have far more confidential information on which to work than us second class shareholders. It is a real deficiency of the ASX/ASIC disclosure system.
