Um, look when the sub notice was dated - 28/11/16.
Its taken over three weeks to get this posted to the ASX.
Usually, this starts to be a signal that something is in the offing soon enough, as directors cannot purchase shares 3-6 weeks before an event.
I'd personally say closer to six, that would mean mid-Jan something - or more detail - should come out about AVD.
