Thanks strat ..interesting comments...I guess theres many scenarios from here....stalling tactics that would come at a cost.....but if the Swala Directors are facing a possible personal financial penalty what deal would all parties be able to settle on...?..i think OEL may be happy with a slightly increased % of KK if they were handed over the Operatorship?
