hooptydog- OK, your "beef" was that you had a prepaid plan that according to you was overcharged so you went to complaints dept. on Telstra.
you now say the problem is still not resolved, but rather recurring every month.
trouble is, in regard to your attitude problem whilst speaking to a rep. from Telstra about this, trying to be a smart a'''se' will get you even further behind the 8 ball.
it is not rocket science old mate- try and be diplomatic in your approach and Pandoras box will open for you just in time for Chrissy.
