If you needed confirmation that an institution is accumulating for themselves or a major client the consistent manipulation of the price at or near the close should confirm it for you!

The dark side is working hard to secure plenty of this one so be warned, when they are happy with the size of their holding it will be irrelevant whether Rahul announces the IOS or not!

Scary thing is, how much is enough for an institution? I expect less than 110 million or is it a few institutions that want just less than 5% each?

Manipulation,what rubbish,
Oh yes, I forgot, that's the favourite expression when a sp doesn't do exactly what the investor wants or expects.
There were plenty of sales at 032c at various times during the day,so manipulation is just a figment of ones imagination.
