Striebs, I like many long term, long suffering share holders have watched the company over the last near four years go from $1 to a miserable 7 cents. I am one of the few original who did not support the manner in which the change in 2012 initiated and have been watching year by year my investment dwindle to new lower lows and bad having to endure bad PowerPoint presentations.
It is evident for me personally that this company has significantly struggled since year 2012, even in days where oil was above $110 US., the company continued its down ward trend. It is also very evident for me personally that the company may be sold at a price that maybe significantly less than when RC took this company over, let's say 30 cents for arguments sake. So, if a take over price is presented by bank, and it provides a wee little profit along the way, it is best to take and run for the hills because should Mac pull the pin and stopped by vote, this companies share price could tank back down to new lower lows yet again.
I can see the reasoning behind the central gas plans, but the damage done along the way to share price and company reputation seems to have been irreparable, this may be the reason why sophisticated do not see value in this organisation, just look at the miserable top 20 status.
