Don't know, but the merger does seem in difficulty. Can't see suppliers or customers doing them any favours.

When Seven West Media, which owns the West Australian, bought the Sunday Times in WA recently, the ACCC let it through despite being blatantly anti competitive, but only because everybody was losing money and the consquences of not merging would have been far far worse. I don't think that the same applies here.

IMO, the shares are significantly overvalued, especially following the recent downgrade. I see them drifting back to 50-55c
