I wouldn't think they'd be revealing a lot of details about any IG tech until the terms were finalised. I'm just happy the Co/new CEO realised the direction had to morph, and that they found Isity which is in a good field and with contracts, and are pushing forward.

Better than what some other Cos do - grind down to nothing and queue in 3 failed RTOs in 3 years

Plus - the CEO's being paid with shares that are more expensive than they are on market
