Sorry Edward, I just realised I did not answer your question. It surely looks so, at least at the moment. Once again, it goes back to the 'bird in the hand syndrome'. From my perspective, two sets of rule books are required: One for trading, yes, have strict buy limits based on your strategy parameters and stop losses. The investment rulebook states 'a stock worth buying is worth buying, so buy it'. In all but the short short 1 or 2 cents difference in buy price does not matter one Iota.
