@maglor - I respect your opinion on the matter but I don't have to agree with it and thanks for making the effort just the same.

As a final passing comment: This will be the last I will post on the matter until next market update, noteworthy comments I hear back from WGL management, or simply them coming off suspension ...however, in the interim I would respectfully suggest you question your invest style based "on hope".
