Sounds like the placement was well supported and I doubt the UK instos would be stag sellers post completion date 07-02-07
The cap raising doesnt cover the actual drilling of the Argentina wells, probably need to raise more for that or farmdown.
Still waiting on the formal permitting news, was due Dec 2006.
