    West Coast, it's not a game changer at all.

    It simply means that for each relevant app or service that some code needs to be implemented to include a screen that says:

    "ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO DEBIT MONEY TO YOUR MOBILE PHONE ACCOUNT? Y/N"

    Anyone who thinks that is a game changer is averse to reality.
