- Had received advice of possible suspension of its VET provider approval with effect it will not be able to offer VET fee-help to future students
- It will not be entitled to enroll future students before enrollments for this program are ceased on 31 december 2016
- Productivity partners entitled to request a review of suspension within 28 days; offered opportunity to enter a rectification plan with department
- Had no intention of enrolling any students through this period
- Yet to decide if it intends to pursue options
