To be brutally honest, it will probably continue to fall until there is another announcement. An agreement would be nice, but small dispatches of 30(?) units will probably only stall the fall in SP a little. the a significant re-rate will happen once a continuous revenue stream is established. or possibly a significant deal in a different geography. BUT. it will remain volatile, untill the cash is in the bank
