QTK stated the $5.5m con note monies would be used for the South Africa network.

and i am suprised you are not aware of payroll obligations and misc creditors?????

when you take away its payment of $1.083 in reference to Note 1.

QTK was again cash flow positive from its Australian Business.

3 quarters of growth in a row from its Australian Business........


all clear to me as it would be to anyone who has read QTK announcements.
