whats going on

Does anyone have any idea on whats going on with the seller side of the market depth at the close today. A couple of dozen sell orders in small lots of 126 progressively lower at 5 cent intervals. Deliberate attempt to control the price in my view. Does one get the feeling that the sp will tumble once the trading halt is lifted particularly if the sophisticated investor offer is at a big percentage cut to the last closing price. Any enlightenment is welcomed.
