If you are implying that the lenders have not "called in the loans" because they believe there is "hope" for SDL, then I would rate this as probably the most misleading of all your posts on SDL.

The loans were not "called in", and almost certainly never will be "called in", because SDL has no assets or credit facilities with which to make such payments. If the lenders "call in" any loans, SDL will immediately go into liquidation. Game over. That is the only reason no loans have been "called in" and also why the lenders continue to drip feed SDL with further credit, viz. the recent announcement of further funding of $1.3 M by Noble.

The only commercial "hope" that these lenders can possibly have of ever seeing any of their $100 M back is that a big player takes over SDL. My opinion, the lenders are stuffed, just like the shareholders.
